Summer

As each summer approaches I always seem to find myself saying, “We have so many things going on this summer!” Whether it’s birthday parties, family gatherings, or special events - the summers always seem to fly by! Along with that comes the stress of planning it all, while dealing with the day-to-day work we need to accomplish.
My point is… sometimes there are so many things that can get us distracted or frustrated throughout the day; a phone call, a misguided comment, a project at work or home, our families, our friends – big or small – it’s important to try to keep things in perspective, find some humor in it! Try to lighten your load with your thoughts! Make it so that you don’t go through the day in a constant state of stress. We all know what stress does to our bodies, so make sure you are eating right, exercising, and getting enough sleep! This will ensure that you will have the energy it takes to really enjoy the fun plans you are making for the summer!
